Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, email, and messages to understand their goals, motivations, and learning preferences.
• Offer personalized program recommendations tailored to each student’s academic needs and career aspirations.
• Manage the complete admissions journey—from first interaction and lead qualification to consultation, follow-ups, and final enrollment.
• Achieve monthly admissions targets through strategic engagement and high-quality counseling.
• Ensure every student receives clear, transparent details about program structure, eligibility, outcomes, fees, scholarships, and placement opportunities.
• Keep the CRM updated with fresh leads, follow-up actions, and conversion status on a daily basis.
• Track lead behaviour, maintain organized records, and present timely reports to the admissions team.
• Maintain a high standard of empathy, professionalism, and product expertise in every interaction.
• Build long-term rapport with learners to encourage referrals, positive reviews, and continued engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Education, Business, or related areas preferred, but all disciplines welcome).
• 0–2 years of experience in EdTech counseling, admissions, teleconsulting, or inside sales preferred—freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and persuasive abilities.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage deadlines and maximize student conversions.
• A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping learners succeed.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
