Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties Manage the complete end-to-end admission process Conduct cold calling and outbound dialing to engage potential students Serve as the first point of contact for student counseling and promote online programs Provide career counseling to prospective applicants and their parents via phone, email, or in person when necessary Offer telephonic and video counseling as required Assist students in selecting suitable courses/programs based on their interests Follow up regularly with leads and inquiries Convert leads into successful admissions or registrations Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective students/parents Handle student queries, follow-ups, and registration processes Generate leads through various forums to build a strong pipeline and meet targets Demonstrate commitment and smart work to achieve performance goals Carry out additional assignments as directed by the management from time to time Desired Candidate Profile Strong communication skills Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling or sales (Freshers may also apply) Salary & Benefits ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month Supplemental Pay: Performance Bonus Additional Benefits Health Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Sick Leave Leave Encashment Schedule Day Shift Education Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) Experience Total Work Experience: 1 year (Preferred) Academic Counseling: 1 year (Required) Language Requirements English (Preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
