  • Provide step-by-step guidance on choosing suitable study programs, courses, or migration pathways based on individual profiles and career plans.

  • Assist clients with documentation checklists and prepare them for interviews or next steps.
  • Stay informed about changes in immigration policies and share relevant updates with clients.

Communication & Relationship Building

  • Build long-term trust with clients by being responsive, proactive, and supportive throughout their journey.
  • Communicate clearly via in-person meetings, calls, messaging, and email — explaining complex processes in simple language.
  • Follow up on client progress, offer encouragement, and answer questions at each step.

Sales & Performance

  • Work toward counseling performance goals (e.g., number of sessions, conversions to admissions or visa applications).
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and documentation teams to achieve organizational goals.

Record-Keeping

  • Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, outcomes, client preferences, follow-ups, and application status.
  • Use internal systems (CRM or tracking tools) to manage your client pipeline efficiently.

Who You Are

You bring a mix of care, insight, and organization to this role:

  • Strong communicator: you can translate complex immigration, academic, and visa concepts into simple, actionable advice.
  • Empathetic listener: you make clients feel understood, supported, and confident about their choices.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive: you keep track of documentation, timelines, and follow-ups without missing a beat.
  • Team player: you collaborate well with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience (Preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, Social Sciences, or related fields (preferred).
  • Previous experience in student counseling, study-abroad/immigration consultancy, or related advisory roles (helpful but not always mandatory).
  • Skills
