We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Academic Counselor to join our B2C sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents in selecting the right courses, based on their academic and career goals. This role involves direct communication with leads (inbound and outbound), understanding their needs, and converting them into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential leads generated through ads, website inquiries, and referrals.
- Explain course offerings, schedules, and benefits to prospective students.
- Counsel students on career paths and help them choose suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads consistently to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and student feedback.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for enrollments.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align messaging and course information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
-1–3 years of experience in B2C tele sales or academic counseling (EdTech preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Confidence, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
