Academic Counsellor – Overseas MBBS Admission

Key Responsibilities:

The Academic Counsellor will serve as an integral member of the admissions team, assisting prospective students with admission processes to our partner institutions. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Conducting outbound calls to prospective students, identifying their needs, addressing queries, guiding them towards appropriate institutes, and managing the complete admission and documentation process.

· Providing in-person support for walk-in students and parents, responding effectively to their enquiries.

· Meeting individual admission targets.

· Continuously updating knowledge of university academic and extracurricular offerings to provide accurate counselling in line with students’ interests.

Required Skills:

· Proficiency in English and Hindi communication is essential; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.

· Strong ability to translate student requirements into successful admissions.

· Familiarity with MS Excel is required to ensure efficiency during outreach activities.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Must be available for full-time employment.

2. Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

3. Candidates must reside in NCR & able to commute to Gurgaon.

4. Minimum of one years’ experience in overseas MBBS admissions (Russia, Central Asian Countries, Easter European Countries) is required.

5. Working Days: 6 days a week

6. Office Hours: 9:30 AM-10 AM to 6:00 PM-6.30 PM
