ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR

• Counsel prospective students via phone, email, chat, and in-person meetings about programs in AI, AR, and VR.
• Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses based on academic background, career aspirations, and skill levels.
• Assist in the admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of course offerings, curriculum changes, certifications, and career outcomes related to AI, AR, and VR.
• Collaborate with faculty and career services to ensure seamless academic support and career mapping.
• Organize webinars, open houses, and information sessions to engage and inform prospective students.
• Maintain CRM records of student interactions, follow-ups, and conversion statuses.
• Track student progress and provide ongoing academic support and counselling to ensure retention and course completion.
• Address academic or administrative concerns, redirecting to the appropriate departments as needed.
• Stay informed about trends in AI, AR, and VR education and employment markets to provide relevant guidance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
