Academic Counsellor Cum Admin Assistant

As an Academic Counsellor Cum Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in guiding students through their academic journey, helping them make informed decisions about their courses, projects, and future career paths. You will support the senior counselling team and contribute to building a culture of trust, motivation, and academic success.

Responsibilities

• Work under given monthly targets and deliver consistent results
• Assist in academic counselling sessions for prospective and current students.
• Guide students in selecting suitable courses and academic pathways.
• Maintain accurate student records and track academic progress.
• Support in organizing orientation programs, workshops, and student events.
• Coordinate with faculty and administration to address student needs.
• Respond to student inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
• Co-ordinate with the senior Counselor and management.

Qualifications
️

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in academic counselling or student support is a plus.

Education Qualifications
️Degree / Additional relevant certifications a plus.

Salary
️Will be discussed in interview️Basic Salary + Incentives

️10:00 Am - 6:00 Pm
