Position: Academic Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (with after-hours academic support up to 10:00 PM, if required)

Role Overview

The Academic Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring student satisfaction and providing academic assistance to create a seamless and positive learning experience. The role involves resolving student queries, supporting and maintaining teachers, offering academic guidance, and ensuring continuous support during and occasionally beyond regular working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to student queries and doubts during official working hours.
• Offer academic support beyond office hours (up to 10:00 PM) and on holidays when necessary.
• Maintain regular communication with students to ensure their academic and emotional needs are met.
• Record, track, and report student concerns to the academic coordination team.
• Collaborate with faculty and coordinators to improve the overall student support system.
• Create a positive, supportive, and motivating environment for students.
• Contribute to engagement activities that enhance student satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education-related background preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathetic, patient, and student-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage time effectively and respond promptly to queries.
• Basic knowledge of online communication tools and student management systems.
• Flexibility to work beyond scheduled hours when required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹10,000 + incentives
