We are Hiring
Maple Bear Canadian Preschool, Calicut, is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Academic Coordinator to join our team and help us nurture young minds through quality early education.
Location: Calicut
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate the academic program for Kindergarten classes
* Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback
* Organize and lead teacher training and development sessions
* Ensure smooth communication between teachers, management, and parents
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (B.Ed. preferred)
Minimum 1-2 years of teaching or academic coordination experience in early childhood education
* Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Passion for working with children and educators.
