Job Description

Key Purpose: To deliver Curriculum within the Schools, internal and external Teacher training/development programme, to provide inspiring, innovative and outstanding coaching and support, to develop and improve teaching, learning and assessment in the Schools. Job Specification: Past teaching and training experience (at least 3-5 years) preferably with exposure to experiential learning. Degree in education/key subjects (Science, Mathematics, English, Social Science) is desirable, Past experiences of training & coaching is desirable. SHOULD BE OPEN TO TRAVEL OUTSTATION (15-20 days in a month) Ability to run group sessions including training and circle time. Ability to communicate clearly across levels, work closely with Owners, Principals and teachers. Time management Calendar discipline as the candidate would be travelling & meeting multiple people Customer orientation & quick response time. Zeal to understand the customer requirements and support them. Assertive & confident: Will have to deal with older/more experience.
