Avodha Edutech is hiring a technically proficient AC Repairing Tutor for our Vyttila center to deliver hands-on training in AC installation, servicing, gas charging, and troubleshooting. Transition from fieldwork to a rewarding teaching role with lab-based practical sessions and industry-ready skill development programs.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach refrigeration fundamentals, AC systems, components, and fault diagnosis techniques.
• Conduct practical lab sessions on installation, gas charging, servicing, and tool usage.
• Demonstrate safety protocols and guide students through supervised hands-on tasks.
• Evaluate skills via tests, practical exams, assignments, and job placement preparation.
• Coordinate batch schedules, maintain lab equipment/safety, and track student performance reports.​

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (mandatory).
• 1-3 years proven experience in AC servicing/installation fieldwork.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts simply.
• Passion for training; basic English/Malayalam proficiency preferred.​
