Prepare financial summaries and reports for management review. Monitor budgets and implement cost-control measures. Operational Management: Supervise and ensure the smooth running of operations across departments. Address and resolve operational issues promptly. Reporting and Communication: Liaise with senior management to present status reports. Communicate effectively with all departments to address any operational challenges. Qualifications and Experience Education: Bachelor//'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master//'s degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting. Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and hotel management systems. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
