Role Description We are seeking a Business Development Intern with strong startup enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit to join our on-site team in Hyderabad . This internship combines business development , technology coordination , and strategic growth , offering a unique opportunity to gain real-world startup experience while working directly with the founding team on leadership and growth initiatives. You will assist in lead generation , market research , client communication , and digital coordination , including website activities, cloud tools, and automation support. This is an unpaid internship initially, with a performance-based stipend and potential full-time opportunity based on business success and revenue generation. Note: Candidates must be available to work during evenings and weekends as startup operations may require flexible hours. Key Responsibilities Passion for startups , entrepreneurship , and technology-driven growth Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Interest or experience in business development , marketing , or IT consulting Knowledge of cloud tools , digital platforms , or web coordination preferred Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment Must be available during evenings and weekends as per project needs Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to formulate data-driven insights Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and stakeholders Experience or interest in Lead Generation and Market Research Adaptability, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment A degree or ongoing education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Additional Information  This internship offers hands-on experience in building and scaling a startup from the ground up. You’ll gain exposure to both business strategy and technology integration , working closely with the founding team to make a measurable impact.
