Company Description Abroad Education Counsel is a trusted overseas education consultancy dedicated to guiding students in fulfilling their dream of studying abroad. We provide end-to-end counselling and support services for admissions, test preparation, visa processing, and career guidance across countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Australia, and beyond. We are seeking passionate Academic Counsellors who can inspire, guide, and support students in making informed decisions about their academic future. Key Responsibilities Counsel students online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions on study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and career pathways. Guide students through the admission process including application preparation, documentation, and deadlines. Assist students in preparing for standardized tests (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, etc.) by recommending resources and coaching support. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and university representatives. Conduct seminars, webinars, and info sessions to promote study abroad opportunities. Maintain accurate student records and regularly update the CRM/ERP system. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors/Masters degree in Education, Management, International Relations, or related field. 1+ years experience in overseas education counselling or academic advising preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Knowledge of study destinations like USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Australia, Dubai, etc. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
