We are looking for experienced Technical Sales Agents to handle inbound and outbound (non-cold) calls from US-based customers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supporting email, printer, and antivirus issues , and a strong sales mindset to offer tailored service solutions. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for email, printer, and antivirus-related issues . Handle inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling involved). Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable services. Promote and sell technical support services offered by the company. Negotiate pricing based on customer needs while ensuring value and satisfaction. Requirements: Prior experience (minimum 1 year) in US technical support or sales process . Strong knowledge of email systems, printers, and antivirus software. Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills. Ability to multitask and resolve issues efficiently. Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones. Target-driven with a focus on both customer service and sales . Number of positions :- 5
