Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve set targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and developing strategies to drive sales, nurturing long-term client relationships, overseeing team performance, and reporting on sales activities. Additionally, the role will involve market analysis, negotiation with potential clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional service. Qualifications Proven ability in Sales Strategy, Customer Acquisition, and Account Management Leadership and Team Management experience Strong Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation skills Familiarity with Real Estate Market Trends and Investment Opportunities Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market data and devise business strategies Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus Prior experience in the real estate sector would be advantageous
