Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr GM at ABHI ENGINEERING CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Sr GM will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects. This includes project planning, coordination, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Sr GM will also be responsible for leading a team, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful completion of projects within the stipulated timelines. Qualifications Extensive experience in project management, including planning, coordination, and budgeting Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the construction industry Team leadership skills and experience in managing client relationships Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in construction management software and tools Proven ability to complete projects on time and within budget Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Advanced certifications or additional relevant qualifications are a plus
