You will work closely with our senior recruiters to identify, screen, and engage top candidates across multiple industries. This role is 100% remote, offers great learning exposure, and is ideal for candidates who want to grow their career in recruitment. Key Responsibilities Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases. Review and screen resumes based on job requirements. Conduct initial candidate assessments and share shortlisted profiles with senior recruiters. Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Meet weekly targets and ensure timely follow-up with all candidates. Requirements 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing (preferred). Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory. Comfortable working night shifts (7:30 PM 4:30 AM IST) to support U.S. operations. Strong research and organization skills.
