Make : Create posts with pictures, videos, and text for Facebook, Instagram, X, etc. Share: Find and share interesting news and content with company’s guideline. Write: Write clear and error free captions for all posts. 2. Talking to and Growing the Audience: Respond to People: Reply to comments and messages quickly and professionally. Increase Followers: Work to get more followers on social media. Manage Reputation: Keep an eye on what people are saying online and handle any negative comments. 3. Tracking Results and Improving: Manage Accounts: Keep all social media accounts up-to-date. Track Performance: Monitor how well posts are doing (likes, shares, website traffic) and report on it monthly. Run Campaigns: Plan and run social media campaigns to meet the com[any/ client's goals. Analyze Competitors: See what other similar businesses are doing on social media. 4. Communication and Reporting: Weekly Updates: Give the client a quick update on progress each week. Monthly Reports: Provide a detailed report each month on how social media is performing.
