We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand our Bluetooth product sales division. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in consumer electronics, mobile accessories, or smart audio devices , with a proven track record in driving sales growth, developing channel partnerships, and building high-performing teams. Responsibilities: · Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals for Bluetooth and smart audio products. · Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and retail channels (online & offline). Establish partnerships with dealers, resellers, and corporate clients. · Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team (telecallers, field executives, promoters) to achieve individual and team sales targets. · Conduct regular market research to track competitor activities, product trends, and pricing strategies. Provide inputs for product development and marketing initiatives. · Build and manage relationships with retail partners, distributors, and e-commerce platforms to maximize product visibility and sales. · Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, product support, and timely resolution of issues. · Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management. · Collaborate with the marketing team to execute product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities that drive awareness and conversions. Required Skills: · 2–4 years of sales experience in Bluetooth products, mobile accessories, or consumer electronics industry. · Proven ability to develop and manage dealer/distributor networks. · Strong negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. · Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. · Ability to travel as required for business development and client meetings.
