Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile HR & Recruiter who can manage day-to-day HR functions while leading end-to-end recruitment processes. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys balancing people management and talent acquisition to support business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR) Duties Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding). Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications. Draft and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms. Source potential candidates using databases, referrals, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn). Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidates’ suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate data and hiring progress through internal systems (ERP/ATS). Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Track, measure, and report recruitment metrics and progress. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job requirements. Prepare and publish job postings across job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Source and screen candidates via job portals, networking, and referrals. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical and final interviews with managers. Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process until onboarding. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles. Ensure smooth communication with candidates to deliver a great candidate experience. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of combined HR and recruitment experience. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS tools.
