Role & responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-lasting connection with existing members and newly on boarded members. Act as a primary point of contact for members inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication. Develop and maintain an assigned brand presence in market through strong network of Suppliers and Buyers. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients about product specifications, pricing, and availability. Identify and generate new sales opportunities through portal and market analysis under the guidance of sales manager.
