Job Description: Aayush Arts, a renowned printing press specializing in packaging, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and a passion for creating stunning designs for print and packaging materials. Responsibilities: Utilize expertise in CoralDRAW, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create visually appealing designs for packaging materials. Demonstrate proficiency in designing for print and packaging, with a deep understanding of printing processes and packaging layouts. Manage and optimize color and post-press separation to ensure high-quality output. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions. Ensure that all designs meet brand standards and guidelines, maintaining consistency across all packaging materials. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and efficiency. Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth transition from design to print. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in packaging. Expertise in CoralDRAW, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Proficient in designing for print and packaging, with a deep understanding of printing processes and packaging layouts. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and optimize color and post-press separation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
