Key Responsibilities: 1.Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories or industry segments. Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers. 2. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions. Provide technical support before and after sales to ensure customer satisfaction. Visit clients regularly for product demonstration, negotiation, and feedback. 3.Technical Support & Coordination Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and service teams to deliver customized solutions. Provide input for product improvements based on customer feedback. Prepare and review technical quotations, proposals, and tender documents. Assist in project follow-up, commissioning, and troubleshooting if required. 4.Reporting & Documentation Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project status. Submit regular sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitor analysis reports. Ensure all documentation and communication comply with company policies. Skills: 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or industrial product marketing. Strong technical understanding of the company’s products and applications. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software. Willingness to travel extensively.
