Job Title: Accounts Executive Bhopal Location: Mapple High Street Bhopal Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial transactions, and maintain statutory compliance including GST and TDS. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP. Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers. Prepare and file GST returns, handle reconciliation of GST input/output. Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and returns filing. Process and manage monthly salary payments, expense reimbursements, and petty cash. Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation on a regular basis. Support in financial reporting, audit preparation, and coordination with auditors. Maintain documentation for all accounting and statutory records. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and other finance-related activities as required. Key Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting. Good communication and analytical skills. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance operations. Experience with Tally ERP and statutory filings is mandatory.
