About Aavashyak Aavashyak is a leading partner to global OTT platforms and studios, delivering world-class Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) services to some of the most ambitious productions in India. We are now looking for a Health & Safety Reporting Lead who will play a key role in representing Aavashyak to our marquee clients. This is an opportunity to stand at the intersection of entertainment, safety, and sustainability, and work closely with global leaders shaping the future of content. ⸻ The Opportunity This is not just another reporting role. As our Health & Safety Reporting Lead, you will be the face of Aavashyak in weekly and monthly client meetings with Netflix, Amazon, Sony, and other major studios. You will be trusted to translate on-ground safety practices into high-quality reports and insights, influence conversations around global safety standards, and showcase Aavashyak’s commitment to excellence in production safety. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Lead the reporting and client-facing communication of HSE across projects. • Prepare, analyze, and present weekly & monthly HSE reports, dashboards, and insights. • Represent Aavashyak in client review meetings, ensuring a polished and professional delivery. • Collaborate with on-ground HSE managers to ensure accuracy of incident logs, audits, and compliance reports. • Benchmark against international safety frameworks • Proactively highlight risks, trends, and preventive actions to clients. • Act as a strategic bridge between Aavashyak’s HSE field operations and client leadership teams. ⸻ What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of experience in Health & Safety within production, media, or large-scale events. • Strong knowledge of production/event-specific HSE requirements (rigging, stunts, crowd management, fire safety, waste management, etc.). • Proven ability to prepare professional reports and confidently present to senior stakeholders. • Certifications such as NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA strongly preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — polished, articulate, and client-ready. • High attention to detail with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard tools. • A passion for both safety and storytelling — able to see the bigger picture of how safety empowers creativity. ⸻ Why Join Us? • Work directly with global OTT leaders on some of India’s most high-profile productions. • Be at the frontline of innovation in production safety, where your reporting influences both creative execution and client confidence. • Join a young, ambitious company scaling rapidly across content and sustainability, with a reputation for excellence. • Opportunity to build long-term relationships with some of the most powerful names in the industry. • A dynamic, fast-paced environment where your work will have real visibility and impact.
