Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Ludhiana. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and maintaining employee relations. They will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes to ensure smooth operation of the HR functions. Qualifications HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills Experience in HR Operations and developing HR Policies Employee Relations skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
