Role Overview We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day execution of our interior design and civil construction projects. You will be the crucial link between the design team, contractors, and clients, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple sites and troubleshoot issues effectively.Key Responsibilities Site Management & Supervision: Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities for interior fit-outs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, modular works) and civil works (structural, masonry, etc.) Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to design specifications and building codes. Implement and enforce site rules, regulations, and strict safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Coordination & Communication: Coordinate work schedules and daily tasks for laborers, subcontractors, and vendors. Liaise effectively with project managers, architects, designers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and clear communication channels. Understand client requirements and provide timely updates on project status, timelines, and any potential issues. Quality Control & Resource Management: Ensure all work is executed as per approved technical drawings, plans, and quality standards. Verify material deliveries, manage inventory on-site, and ensure optimal utilization to minimize waste and control costs. Identify and resolve on-site issues, defects, or technical challenges promptly, escalating major concerns to management when necessary. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design or Architecture, or a related field is preferred. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation of all on-site activities and challenges. Track and report labor hours, productivity, and costs to assist with scheduling and budget control. Experience: [2-5] years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior design/fit-out and civil construction projects. Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings/blueprints. Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant safety regulations. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication (Hindi is must), and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple sites, and handle pressure effectively. A proactive attitude and a strong focus on quality and safety compliance.
