Job Title:Business Development Executive (Online Bidding) -Company-Aashtech Innovation Pvt. Ltd. -Location-Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (On-site) -Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years -Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives Role Description We are seeking a Bid Specialist – Upwork/Freelancer Platforms for a full-time, on-site role in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete bidding process on freelance marketplaces such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiver, Etc. This includes identifying suitable projects, crafting compelling proposals, handling tender submissions, and maintaining client communications throughout the process. The Bid Specialist will play a key role in ensuring high-quality submissions that align with client needs and company goals, while maintaining consistency and professionalism across all proposals. Key Responsibilities -Manage the end-to-end bidding process on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, People Per Hour, Guru, True lancer, etc. -Research and identify suitable projects that align with company offerings. -Prepare, customize, and submit well-structured proposals and tenders. -Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and expectations. -Ensure timely and accurate submission of all bids and supporting documents. -Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive and client-focused proposals. -Track and analyze bidding performance to improve success rates. Qualifications & Skills -Proven experience in bid management, tender preparation, or proposal writing. -Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail -Good understanding of software development, IT services (preferred) -Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. -Capability to analyze client needs and develop tailored proposals. -Experience working on freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) preferred. -Previous experience in a similar role or industry will be an advantage. Education: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or any related field.
