Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ranchi for a Business Development Executive. The primary responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. The role also involves analyzing market trends to develop strategies that drive business growth, collaborating with the team to achieve organizational goals, and effectively communicating with clients to address their needs and ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation Strong foundation in Business and Account Management Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends Experience in the construction or interior design industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to thrive in a dynamic, on-site work environment Salary - 12,000- 15,000 + Incentive per Month
