Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Surat, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, conducting training sessions, and overseeing sales management activities. Daily tasks will include identifying new market opportunities, managing customer accounts, delivering customer service, and supporting the overall growth strategies of the company. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to conduct Training sessions and develop sales strategies Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the chemical industry is a plus
