Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executives to drive new customer acquisition and wallet top-ups. You will play a key role in expanding. Milkbaskets footprint by engaging directly with potential customers through canopy setups, door-to-door activities, and society activations. Key Responsibilities - Achieve daily targets for new customer acquisition and wallet top-ups. - Set up canopies/standees at Reliance stores and in gated societies to promote onboarding. - Clearly communicate Milkbaskets value proposition versus other services in the market. - Conduct door-to-door activities to engage potential customers directly. - Track and report daily/weekly onboarding performance and aim to exceed targets consistently. - Build and maintain positive relationships with society management for smooth activations. - Gather and relay customer feedback and on-ground challenges for continuous improvement. - Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance and display excellent interpersonal skills. - Have good knowledge of the citys topography and effectively plan routes. - Communicate effectively in the regional/local language and English/Hindi as needed.
