Key Responsibilities: - Lead the technical implementation and installation of the PowerCurve Collections platform, including server setup, software deployment, environment configuration, and patching. - Collaborate with infrastructure teams to define and provision environments (Dev, SIT, pre-prod, PnV, UAT, Sandpit & Prod) in on-premise setups. - Knowledge on application configuration is good to have skills: set up treatment path, action codes, contact strategies, user roles, screens, case lists, and workflows. - Integrate PCC with upstream/downstream systems (API mesh, dialers, payment processing systems, data hub etc) via REST/SOAP APIs, web services, or flat files. - Configure batch jobs, data import/export routines, and scheduling mechanisms. - Customize and script business logic using Groovy or Java to meet client-specific collection strategies. - Monitor system logs, perform root cause analysis, and resolve platform performance or configuration issues. - Ensure secure deployment practices, compliance with IT and regulatory standards, and proper change management. - Support user acceptance testing, system validation, and documentation for go-live readiness. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in implementing and installing PowerCurve Collections (PCC) across multiple client environments. - Hands-on experience or good knowledge on working with RHEL 8/9 Unix box. - Proven expertise in PowerCurve architecture, deployment models, and configuration workflows. - Experience with Tomcat/JBoss, WebLogic/WebSphere, and related Java-based application server technologies. - Hands-on with Groovy scripting, XML configurations, SQL scripting, and database tuning (Oracle). - Experience with system monitoring tools, log analysis (e.g., Splunk), and job scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M). - Strong understanding of collections operations, system design, and regulatory considerations. - Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, DBAs, Security, and Business Analysts. - Excellent documentation and communication skills.
