Aarunya is a non-profit educational trust that educates primary school children by imparting a strong foundation of English speaking and reading skills, basic etiquette and life skills; thereby increasing their self-confidence and enabling them to access more opportunities. Aarunya is looking for a committed and driven full-time field coordinator to oversee and track deployment of Aarunya program at schools and organizations across Karnataka that are part of Aarunya’s Teach the Trainer program. Responsibilities: · Planning Teacher Training and Program Deployment across the year · Improving existing systems and processes and putting in place a structured process flow for program deployment · Liaisoning with all partner schools and organizations · Tracking deployment progress and highlight issues and track till resolution · Collecting timely updates from schools · Sharing program deployment review and student assessment timetables with schools, sending timely reminders for the same and ensuring 100% compliance · Storing assessment results in mandated format for impact evaluation · Undertaking regular visits to schools to observe, monitor, review and extend required guidance and support as needed. Minimum of once a year. Follow up visit for schools with issues. · Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your manager. Skills · Team Player - Well-organized and committed · Self driven and handles responsibility well · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Comfortable using Word, PowerPoint and Excel · Willing to travel to other cities when required Qualification · Graduate/Post- graduate in social work or relevant field · Comfortable in English and Kannada · Experience working with NGOs preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Project coordination: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
