The Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading software development initiatives, mentoring junior developers, troubleshooting, and optimizing code. The role also involves ensuring best practices in coding and software architecture are followed. Qualifications Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, with expertise in software development practices. Experience with front-end and back-end web development frameworks and tools. Solid understanding of database management, cloud computing, and API integration. Problem-solving abilities and skills in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing code for performance. Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills to guide junior developers and work within teams effectively. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
