Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida Sector 63 for a Sales Head. The Sales Head will be responsible for leading sales activities, managing accounts, and overseeing the sales team at the BPO. Daily tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Sales Head will also work closely with other departments to align sales efforts with company goals. Qualifications Sales and Sales Management skills Account Management and Analytical Skills Experience in Team Management at the call centre Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work on-site in Noida Sector 63 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in sales and leadership roles
