Additionally, the consultant will need to stay updated with market trends, develop sales strategies, and offer training to junior consultants. Qualifications Real Estate and Real Property expertise Sales and Negotiation skills Experience in Training Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred Certifications in real estate or related areas are beneficial
