Road, Agra 🏭 Company: Aarna Footcare About the Role Aarna Footcare, a leading footwear manufacturer supplying major retail brands, seeks an experienced accountant to manage GST compliance and factory financial operations in TallyPrime. The role requires precision, accountability, and hands-on understanding of job-work and inventory accounting. Key Responsibilities • Maintain books of accounts in TallyPrime, covering sales, purchases, expenses, and job-work transactions. • Prepare and reconcile GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, and GSTR-3B; coordinate with CA or legal consultant for accurate filings. • Handle RCM entries for freight and unregistered vendors; track input tax credit and inverted-duty structure adjustments. • Manage Job Work and Material In/Out vouchers, delivery challans, and raw-material movement to outsourced factories. • Monitor inventory consumption and reconcile with production outputs and vendor bills. • Generate monthly cost sheets, MIS reports, and factory profitability statements for management review. • Ensure full compliance with GST and Rule 45 documentation requirements for job-work transactions. ⸻ Skills & Qualifications • Proficiency in TallyPrime (GST & Job Work modules) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query). • Strong knowledge of GST laws, returns, and manufacturing accounting processes. • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in accounting; at least 2 years in manufacturing or job-work environment. • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently under deadlines. 📧 Apply at: mudit@aarnafootcare.com 📞 9599015993 🏭 Aarna Footcare, Dhakran Crossing, M.G.
