The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, identifying sales opportunities, managing sales processes, building relationships with potential clients, and conducting training to enhance team effectiveness. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop impactful campaigns is also a key part of this role. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and meet organizational goals. Experience in training and developing team members to achieve high performance. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently to meet targets. Working knowledge of local market trends and customer behavior is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
