The roles we are hiring for span across multiple functions including Sales, Marketing, HR, Accounts, and Business Development . These positions offer an opportunity to make a significant impact in the agricultural sector while contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding group of companies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development Officer (BDO) / Marketing Development Officer (MDO): BDO : Identify new business opportunities, manage relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth. MDO : Focus on market expansion, generate leads, manage marketing campaigns, and collaborate with the sales team to boost brand presence. 2. Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager: Sales Executive : Develop relationships with potential clients, provide product information, and close deals in alignment with sales targets. Area Sales Manager : Oversee sales operations in a specific region, manage a sales team, and drive market penetration for Aaradhya Group products. 3. Accountants: Manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain financial records, prepare monthly/quarterly reports, and assist in budgeting and auditing. 4. HR Executives: Manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and help maintain a healthy workplace culture. 5. Calling / Tele-calling Staff: Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote Aaradhya Group products and services, schedule appointments, and assist in customer service queries. Qualifications: Business Development Officer (BDO) / Marketing Development Officer (MDO) : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing, ideally in the agriculture or FMCG sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel to meet clients and build relationships. Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager : Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field. 2+ years of experience in sales (preferably in agriculture, agritech, or FMCG sectors). Strong problem-solving and leadership skills (for Area Sales Managers). Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Accountants : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance. Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. HR Executives : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and employee management. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Calling / Tele-calling Staff : High school diploma or equivalent (further education is a plus). Experience in customer service or telemarketing is preferred. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to work in a team environment and meet targets. Job Summary The Seed Production Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to seed production. This includes identifying growers, managing field operations, ensuring genetic and physical purity of the seed, and meeting quantity and quality standards as per company requirements. Key Responsibilities Production Planning: Develop and execute annual seed production plans in coordination with the production team. Estimate seed requirements and determine appropriate production areas. Grower Management Identify, recruit, and train contract growers/farmers for seed production. Maintain strong relationships and provide technical support to growers. Field Supervision Agronomy Monitor all agronomic practices to ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct field inspections at different crop stages to ensure crop health and seed purity. Manage pest and disease control measures. Quality Assurance Ensure genetic purity, germination rates, and physical quality of produced seeds. Coordinate with the quality control team for sampling and testing. Harvest Post-Harvest Supervise harvest, threshing, drying, cleaning, and storage operations. Ensure timely transport of harvested seed to processing units. Data Management Reporting Maintain production records, grower agreements, and performance evaluations. Prepare weekly/monthly production reports for internal stakeholders. Qualifications Qualifications Skills: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture, Agronomy, or Seed Technology 25 years of experience in seed production (vegetables/cereals/pulses preferred) Strong knowledge of seed production practices and quality parameters Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., Seed Act, ISTA standards) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Willingness to travel and work in field conditions Additional Information Desirable Attributes Certification or training in Seed Certification/Field Inspection Knowledge of hybrid seed production techniques Local language proficiency Compensation Experience working with smallholder farmers or contract farming models As Per Industry Standards And Based On Experience.
