With individualized care, structured programs, and a nurturing environment, we cater to multiple service models including: Special School Program (9:00 AM/10:00 AM - 4:00 PM) One-on-One ABA Therapy Sessions Therapy & Support Services in partnership with Stepping Stone Centre, a CoE in ABA with 14+ years of expertise Working Hours Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Employee Benefits Unlimited tea, coffee, and beverages on demand Maggi noodles available on request Air-conditioned environment with intercom in every room Dedicated rooms designed for children with Autism Role Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one ABA sessions (45 mins each + 15 mins break) tailored to the child’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) Implement skill acquisition programs and behaviour reduction plans using: DTT (Discrete Trial Training) Natural Environment Teaching (NET) Participate in IEP planning with our Program Coordinator Use ABLLS-R assessment to track developmental and learning milestones Accurately collect, maintain, and analyze behaviour data in MS Excel Assist in the creation of progress reports and planning goals Build a therapeutic rapport with the child through pairing and reinforcement strategies Collaborate with senior therapists, educators, and families to create a positive impact Educational Qualifications Graduate or pursuing degree in Psychology (preferred) Other graduates with excellent communication skills (English is mandatory; Kannada/Hindi/Malayali a plus) Must have a strong empathy quotient and passion for working with children Key Skills & Attributes Strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Familiarity with ABA principles, ABLLS-R, DTT, and NET Patience, compassion, and excellent observational skills Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills for data tracking Willingness to learn under guidance and follow structured programs
