Preparation and submission of Amendment(s) as and when required. Preparation of reconciliation of FOC materials and own major stores like cement, tiles, AAC block, Conduit pipes, Plumbing pipes, Electrical materials etc. Keeping Photographic and slab casting dated records. Initiation of Extension of Time. Getting Placed Indent for all type of materials required. Coordination & Communication: 1- Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and site execution teams. 2- Provide technical guidance to site engineers. 3- Work closely with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of reinforcement steel, RMC, other materials. Quality & Compliance: 1- Conduct site inspections to verify the works executed. 2. Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and propose necessary modifications. Other Skills: 1- Strong knowledge of reinforcement detailing and structural drawings. 2- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and BBS preparation software. 3- Familiarity with relevvent IS Codes, DSR/DAR. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to send mails to client for any quarry/clarification.
