Preparing MIS reports such as daily progress report, months wise PM plan, daily manpower report. ● Maintenance & rectification of issues related to electrical equipment’s like Transfermor (6.6 MVA,1.6 MVA, 2 MVA), HT & LT motors, HT(6.6kV) switchgears consist of VCB breakers (ABB Make ) & LT(0.415kV) switchgears consist of ACB (Siemens , L&T & Schneider Make) with protection system. ● Monitoring & controlling of 110/220v control and relay panel. ● UPS, Battery charger with battery bank. ● Pneumatics, Control & Sensors, Conveyer Control & protection System. ● Attending daily meeting scheduled regarding works, issues & follows up’s. ● Improvement in PTW system & LOTO for safe working practice. ● Management of spare parts & consumable items. ● Maintenance knowledge of belt weigher, belt weigher feeder, Coal sampler, Double Roll Crusher, Vibrating Fedeer, Roller Screen, DOL, VFD & Star Delta Stater. ● Maintenance and overhauling of HT/LT motors upon failure or as maintenance schedule requirement. ● Conversant with Switchgears, Electrical Drawings, Control diagram, SLD, Electrical Equipment’s layout. ● Maintenance of Battery bank/charger & Board for PMCC, MCC, PDB, SLDB. ● Electrical Maintenance and troubleshooting of JIG and Washery, belt press, Thickener and FRC Circuit.
