Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Supervisor, located in Chennai and he must be belongs from Chennai only. The Mechanical Supervisor will manage and oversee daily maintenance tasks, perform inspections, and ensure preventive maintenance activities are carried out efficiently. Responsibilities also include managing maintenance staff, scheduling and prioritizing maintenance activities, and maintaining detailed records of maintenance work. The Supervisor will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operational flow and compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications Supervisory Skills: Ability to effectively manage and lead a team of maintenance staff. Preventive Maintenance: Experience in implementing and monitoring preventive maintenance programs. Maintenance Management: Skills in scheduling, prioritizing, and managing maintenance activities. Inspection and Maintenance: Proficiency in performing and overseeing regular inspections and maintenance tasks. Excellent communication in Tamil language and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in MEP projects and AMC services is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
