We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Executive based in Chennai to support our commercial and sales teams with accurate and competitive pricing strategies. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and prepare competitive pricing quotes for freight forwarding and 3PL services (air, sea, and land). Liaise with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to gather and analyze cost components. Support the sales team by providing timely and accurate rate proposals and tariff sheets. Monitor industry pricing trends, cost fluctuations, and competitor benchmarks. Maintain and update pricing databases, rate sheets, and customer contracts. Ensure compliance with company pricing policies, margin guidelines, and approval protocols. Contribute to pricing strategies and assist in tender preparations and RFQ submissions. Assist with customer profitability analysis and post-mortem reports on won/lost quotes. Key Requirements 3 - 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial operations, or logistics support within the freight forwarding industry. Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Good understanding of pricing structures in air, sea, and land freight. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in Excel, pricing tools, and ERP/CRM platforms. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Graduate degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred.
