Role & responsibilities Sales and Business Development Conduct sales activations at supermarkets, apartment complexes, and marketing events to enhance product visibility and customer reach. Liaise with distributors to onboard Aamro Dairies' products and expand the retail footprint. Build a strong customer base and ensure excellent customer relationship management. Expand the market to beyond Kochin and Kottayam regions. • Initiate and participate in branding, promotional activities, and new product launches. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic collaborations. • Identify and pursue different channels of sales and distribution for the varied products of Aamro Dairies like the agri business of silage, embryo transfer service, bull semen, farmmate dairy management software and any new products the company may produce or trade in the future • Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the companys market share. • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to refine sales strategies. • Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. • Meet sales targets allocated for the incumbent and take necessary actions to meet revenue and profitability goals. Customer Service & Relationship Management • Manage customer service operations, including responding to queries, handling complaints, and ensuring quick resolution of escalations. • Take ownership of customer complaints and concerns, ensuring an enhanced customer experience. • Liaise with the sales and support teams to maintain high service levels. • Implement strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
