With a global footprint spanning India, Zimbabwe, Saudi Arabia, Namibia, Tanzania, Dubai, and Finland, we are on a mission to empower communities through sustainable projects. ________________________________________ We’re Hiring: Field Executive Manager – Kiosk Operations We’re looking for passionate and proactive individuals to lead our kiosk rollout strategy across Kerala. ________________________________________ Preferred Candidate Profile • Professional Background: Experience in medical, banking, or insurance sectors • Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler for travel across • Skills: Strong communication, field coordination, and people engagement. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Market Research & Location Assessment • Visit Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) outlets across Kerala • Conduct local market surveys to understand demand and customer flow • Evaluate the viability of each proposed kiosk location Licensing & Compliance • Handle all licensing procedures required to set up kiosks • Ensure compliance with local regulations and IOC partnership guidelines Franchise Development • Promote Aamodini India’s kiosk model to potential franchisees • Identify, recruit, and appoint franchise partners • Provide basic training and onboarding support to new franchisees Kiosk Setup & Support • Coordinate with IOC and vendors for kiosk installation • Monitor initial operations and ensure smooth functioning • Act as the primary point of contact for franchisee support ________________________________________ Compensation Salary is negotiable and will be offered as per industry standards, based on experience and qualifications.
