Role & responsibilities : Perform advanced medi-facial procedures, skin analyses, and customized skincare treatments according to clinic protocols. Educate clients about treatment options, post-procedure care, and personalized skincare regimens. Oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic: staff scheduling, inventory management, quality standards, and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. Manage appointment scheduling, client registration, digital records, and billing systems. Train, supervise, and mentor junior aesthetic staff, ensuring highest service standards. Serve as the point-of-contact for hotel management, coordinating hospitality and clinical requirements. Troubleshoot client concerns, resolve team confl icts, and ensure service recovery when needed. Promote new skincare services and products, participate in marketing initiatives, and uphold a luxury brand image. Ensure strict confi dentiality and regulatory compliance throughout all services and processes. Preferred candidate profile : Degree/diploma in cosmetology, aesthetics, or clinical skincare, with a recognized state license. 5+ years experience in medical aesthetics or medi-facial services, preferably with clinic management or leadership experience. Advanced knowledge of skincare modalities (microdermabrasion, chemical peels, LED therapy, etc.). Hands-on experience with digital scheduling and EMR/EHR record-keeping systems. Exceptional communication, organizational and troubleshooting skills. Well-groomed, client-focused and adept at luxury service standards. Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
