About the Role: We're looking for a proactive and energetic Field Recruiter to help us scale our delivery operations by recruiting high-quality riders and delivery partners. If you're a people-person with a knack for communication and on-ground activation, this is your chance to be part of a fast-paced, growing team. Key Responsibilities: Actively source and recruit riders through field visits, campus drives, community outreach, and local campaigns Conduct on-the-spot interviews, document checks, and onboarding processes Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates to meet daily/weekly hiring targets Build strong local networks with potential hiring sources (e.g., driving schools, mechanic shops, local job boards) Work closely with the operations and HR teams to forecast rider demand and fill gaps accordingly Ensure all new recruits meet compliance, documentation, and quality standards Represent the brand professionally and promote our value proposition to new recruits Requirements: 1+ years of experience in field recruitment, sales, or similar roles Comfortable with field work and local travel Strong communication and negotiation skills Basic computer/smartphone proficiency (for reporting and onboarding tools) Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets Familiarity with the local geography and community is a plus
