Responsibilities: Manage OEM/ODM hardware production lines, ensuring quality and efficiency. Collaborate with design and engineering teams for product customization and manufacturability. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of materials. Supervise production schedules, ensuring timely deliveries. Implement process improvements for cost reduction and quality enhancement. Analyze production data to drive continuous improvements. Requirements: 4-5 years of experience in OEM/ODM hardware manufacturing. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
